Why Can't the US Get More Non-Alcoholic Draft Beer?

Why can't the US get more non-alcoholic draft beer? This is the market opportunity in the US for NA beer and IMO only halfa$$ed attempts at doing this so far.

If an on prem account has a velocity of 2 x 12oz cases of NA beer a week is a candidate for a 20L keg which is about 53-55 x 12oz pours avg yield. You can't tell me there aren't at least 1500 on prem accounts in the US that can't do this velocity on NA beer. Just in NYC alone you probably have 400+ on prem places that can do this velocity. I've heard of some NYC accts doing 10-12 cases a week of NA beer.

A UK distributor I'm familiar with from my export side alone has 18 non-alcoholic draft beers in 20 and 30L kegs from macro to craft breweries and they even have Athletic Run Wild 20L kegs.

If the UK/ Europe can do NA kegs via distribution, not sure why the US hasn't caught on as I'm only aware of Athletic and Untitled Art doing NA kegs in select markets via distribution. Heineken 0 is doing draft in Europe and not sure why they don't roll this out in select US cities.

Sure, there are some sanitation protocols that are needed with NA draft in particular cold chain and thorough cleaning of lines between kegs and ideally keeping one line dedicated to NA, but it can be done.

FYI the the Heineken 0 keg ~$91 USD
