Sicilian-style botanical soda with the flavor profile of a coastal amaro—leafy green sage, citrus, gentle bitterness—but the crisp, refreshing character of a dry white wine.
Lemon peel, sage leaf (wild Mediterranean sage, not the garden variety), rhubarb root, chinotto, juniper berry, anise. Extracted individually, balanced with lemon juice and Demerara cane sugar (pressed directly from sugar cane to retain its molasses character and subtle mineral notes) at 4g per can. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish.
Green and tart, almost savory—more kitchen than garden. Drinks crisp and clean, cleanses the palate between bites. Tastes like walking through a coastal herb garden where rosemary and sage grow wild on limestone cliffs.
