After multiple messages on my last order they finally replied. They gave me a full refund and told me to never buy from them again. I just wanted to know if my order shipped and the carrier showed they didn’t have it and they said no they have it. All they had to do was check the tracking number like I asked. Worst business I have ever dealt with.
