Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

Refunds and exchanges are only made once the product(s) have arrived at their destination and have been received by the buyer, no refunds or exchanges are made for products that are in transit for delivery or have not yet been delivered.

By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we perform returns, exchanges and refunds in the following situations:

  • If at the time of receiving the product(s), it is broken or damaged.
  • If you have received the wrong product(s).

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that if more than 7 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange of the product.

Buyers requesting a refund or exchange of the product will receive a reply to their return request with instructions and the return address where they should send the damaged or incorrect product. Remember that the shipping costs to return the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
  • Order number.
  • Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).
  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches ourwarehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
  • Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Proof No More reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

To request an exchange or refund, please send us your return request through our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product and the return address.

3. RETURN PROCESSING

Upon receipt of your return request, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the request to be processed and resolved. Please note that the return request must indicate whether the buyer wants a refund or an exchange of the product. If your return request does not meet the stated conditions, we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund for the product(s). If your return has been accepted, the buyer must return the damaged or incorrect product(s) to our return address. If upon receipt of the product, it meets the return conditions described in this policy, a refund will be issued for the full value paid for the product(s) and the buyer will receive an email confirming the return and refund. The refund will be made through the payment method that the buyer used when making the purchase or may be made through the method chosen or agreed upon by the parties.

In the case of requesting an exchange of the product, a new product of the same characteristics and price will be sent to your delivery address and the same conditions established in our shipping policy will apply. If the product is out of stock, the buyer may choose another product or products of similar price, up to the total value of the return. If the product or products chosen exceed the value of the return, the buyer may pay the excess through our payment methods.

4. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Returned undeliverable packages will not be automatically reshipped and the cost of reshipping packages may be borne by the purchaser. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, the cost of reshipping will be at your expense.
