Their Alcohol-Removed Sauvignon Blanc bursts with vibrant aromas of lemongrass, ripe melon, and a zesty touch of citrus. Each sip reveals a refreshing balance of flavors, leading to a clean, crisp finish. This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with a charcuterie board - its acidity cuts through rich cheeses while complementing the sweetness of dried fruit.
Crafted in the same way they create all their wines; their Sauvignon Blanc remains true to the classical coastal characteristics of the varietal. The naturally fresh fruit flavor of the grapes is preserved by carefully avoiding any oxygen exposure during winemaking. Followed by cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks before the alcohol removal process begins, the wine’s delicate flavors and crisp acidity flourish.
