This is my first time writing a review (good or bad), but my first experience with PNM was so exceptional that it needs to be told.
I had a small damage issue due to the shipping company and no fault of PMN. PNM made everything right immediately: processed an instant refund (highly recommend its cheap insurance); and took personal care to help replace my husband's favorite Christmas brew.
When was the last time you had customer service like that ... especially during the holidays? They are actual, caring people at this company. I'm so impressed and I'm a customer for life.

This is my favorite beer of all time. It's Christmas in a bottle and it's non-alcoholic - don't miss the alcohol at all! Please don't ever stop producing it! Proof No More's service is outstanding.
