Chinotto from the Calabrian coast, juniper berry, orris root, mandarin orange, allspice berry, clove bud, anise—each extracted separately, then blended with lemon juice and Demerara cane sugar (pressed directly from sugar cane to retain its molasses character and subtle mineral notes) at 4g per can. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish and enhances citrus notes.
