Riviera-style botanical soda with the flavor profile of an apero spritz—tart ruby grapefruit, delicate spice—but the crisp, refreshing character of a dry sparkling rosé.
Grapefruit (the ruby variety, pleasantly bitter), cinnamon bark, rhubarb root, chinotto, allspice berry, anise seed. Each botanical extracted separately, balanced with lemon juice and orange blossom honey. Mediterranean Sea salt provides mineral finish.
Tart and refreshing with a warm, dry finish—not too sweet, plenty of bite. The cinnamon provides warmth without sweetness, softening the grapefruit's sharp edges while letting the citrus stay bright and forward.
